The Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (HKPC&SAPD) is the national member of International Paralympic Committee (IPC) with the vision of Enabling Hong Kong Paralympic Athletes to Achieve Sporting Excellence. The HKPC&SAPD is inviting candidates with strong passion in Paralympic Movement to apply for the post of Administration Officer (Programme & IT) (Three-year Contract).
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an information management system to enhance the delivery of sport programmes
- Provide relevant IT support to individual coaches on high performance training
- Review system procedures, guidelines, technical documentation of new systems and training materials if needed
- Perform problem management including diagnostic, root-cause analysis and problem solving of Windows environment
- Troubleshoot computers and IT system
- Perform PCs and Servers Backup and Restore
- Source vendors for IT related equipment/items and inventory control
- Handle other projects as assigned by the Senior Management
Requirements
- A high diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related discipline
- At least 5 years’ information technology work experience with 2 years focusing on project management
- Experience on system deployment, database solution planning, DMS and inventory system
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows system, Networking administration & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge on MS-SQL, MYSQL, PHP, CSS or HTML5 is a definite advantage
- Good command of Chinese and English languages
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, a team player, attentive to details and be able to work under pressure
Benefits
Salary will depend on qualification and related working experience. Annual leave, Mandatory Provident Fund and Medical Insurance will be provided.
