| Participants will be responsible for any incidental charges such as pay-movie, laundry, mini bar, room internet connection, room service and IDD calls etc. Request of late check-out time should be made to the Organizing Committee before 17 December. Permission for late check-out time is subjected to consent from respective hotels. |
Meals | |
The Organizing Committee will be responsible for meals from dinner of 17 December until breakfast of 22 December.
Breakfast and dinner for athletes and team officials will be served in ‘1 + 1 bar’, and for technical officials in ‘2 +2’ in the Official Hotel. Hot lunch will be served at the restaurant of Ma On Shan Swimming Pool Restaurant adjacent to the competition venue. |
Farewell Dinner | |
| The Farewell dinner will be held on 21 Dec (Sunday) at 7 pm at the Crystal Harbour Restaurant, Horizon Suite Hotel, which is located next to the competition venue. All participants are cordially invited. |
Transportation | |
Shuttle service on the hourly basis between both Official Hotel and Ma On Shan Sports Centre will be operated throughout the Competition period (18 – 21 December). “Fill & Go” arrangement will be operated at peak hours in early morning from hotel and close of the day from competition venue.

Prize Presentation | |
| The Winner of the individual events will be presented with medals respectively. Trophy and Medals will be presented to team competitions winners. Medals presentation for Individual events will be held on 18-20 December at the competition venue at the end of the competitions day. Prize Presentation for Team events will be held at the Farwell Dinner. |
Medical Support | |
| First aid service will be provided by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance at the competition venue. Physiotherapy room will also be provided at the venue. Teams are reminded to secure their own travel, medical and accident insurance for their team members before departure. |
Wheelchair Repair | |
| Wheelchair repair service will be provided by Hong Kong Wheelchair Aid Service at the venue. The expenses of wheelchair parts will be at user cost. |
